The Leica GFU24 radio modem is a device that allows a GPS receiver to receive a signal in real time (RTK) using GSM / GPRS networks of cellular network operators. You can connect the GFU24 modem directly to the receiver body, or mount it on a special bracket GHT56. This series of modems was developed for use with the Leica GX1200 and Leica Viva receivers, and provides a maximum transmission speed of up to 56,000 baud. The low power consumption of the Leica GFU 24 modem (3.2 to 4.3 V) provides an economical battery charge for your receiver. The special protective cover (GFU) provides reliable protection against dust and moisture, shock, falls and vibration.
